How long does shipping take?

Every product is made fresh to order in our US and EU facilities, then shipped tracked. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. You’ll get a tracking link the moment your order leaves the lab. Shipping is free on US orders over $75.

What if a product doesn’t work for my skin?

Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund or replace it — one claim per product, per customer. In most cases you won’t need to ship anything back. Full details on the Returns & Shipping page.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes — our formulas are vegan, cruelty-free, paraben-free, and gluten-free, made in GMP-certified, FDA-registered labs.

How do I use my 15% discount?

When will I see results?

It depends on the product: brightening actives like kojic acid typically show visible change in 6–8 weeks of consistent use; hydration and texture improvements often show within days. Each product page lists what to expect.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Our formulas avoid common irritants, but active ingredients like AHAs deserve respect: patch-test on your inner arm for 24 hours before first use, and introduce one new active at a time. When in doubt, ask your dermatologist.

Can I use kojic acid products while pregnant?

We recommend checking with your doctor before using any active skincare during pregnancy or nursing — they know your situation best.

Where are your products made?

In GMP-certified, FDA-registered facilities in the United States and Europe, made in small batches on demand — so nothing you order has been sitting in a warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to 30+ countries at carrier rates calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, which are the recipient’s responsibility.
